Through the application of PROⅡsoftware,the oil vapor recovery system is simulated and opti- mized,and the impact of inlet liquid flowrate of the absorption tower and the inlet pressure of the vacuum pump on the oil vapor recovery rate and the recovery of the tower kettle is analyzed.
用大型过程模拟软件PROⅡ对油气回收系统进行模拟优化,分析了吸收塔进液量和真空泵进口压力对油气回收率和回收塔塔釜回收量的影响,将吸收塔进液量调整至13565kg/h,将真空泵进口压力调整至1kPa左右,从而使油气回收率由94%提高到98%,回收塔塔釜回收量由16316kg/h提高到16482kg/h。
