性质:又称醋甲素,乙酰基氯代胆碱。本品为白色结晶性粉末,极易吸湿。熔点149~152℃。微氨臭,很咸。极易溶于冷水,在热水或碱性下分解,极易溶于乙醇和丙二醇,易溶于氯仿和醋酸,不溶于乙醚;10%水溶液pH值约为5,密闭避光保存。本品是一种季铵盐类拟副交感神经药,作用广泛,选择性低,产生相当于毒蕈碱的外周作用,是一种血管扩张剂和心抑制剂。本品也是一种迷走神经和交感神经系统的刺激剂,并对牙肌有强壮的作用,尚可增加泪和唾液的分泌。本品还具有相当于尼古丁的刺激骨骼肌、自主神经节和肾上腺髓质的作用。本品为胆碱能药,适用于周围血管痉挛性疾病。制剂为粉针剂。副作用可出现周身性反应,如恶心、腹泻、腹痛、肌肉痉挛及无力、出汗、流泪、流涎、低血压、心动过速、支气管收缩、呼吸衰竭及恶梦等。
