【异名】
苓皮(《四川中药志》)。
【来源】
为多孔菌科植物茯苓菌核的外皮。植物形态详"茯苓"条。
【药材】
茯苓皮多为长条状，大小不一，外面黑褐色或棕褐色，有疣状突起，内部白色或灰棕色。体软质松，具有弹性。
【性味】
甘淡，平。 《四川中药志》:"性平，味甘淡，无毒。"
【功用主治】
利水，消肿。治水肿肤胀。 ①《纲目》:"主水肿肤胀，开水道，开腠理。" ②《医林纂要》:"行皮肤之水。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤，3～5钱。
【选方】
①治水肿:茯苓皮、椒目二味不拘多少。煎汤饮。(《经验良方》) ②治男子妇人脾胃停滞，头面四肢悉肿，心腹胀满，上气促急，胸膈烦闷，痰涎上壅，饮食不下，行步气奔，状如水病:生姜皮、桑白皮、陈橘皮、大腹皮、茯苓皮各等分。上为粗末。每服三钱，水一盏半，煎至八分，去滓，不计时候，温服。忌生冷油腻硬物。(《中藏经》五皮散)
