呼吸时,气流进出呼吸道及肺泡形成的湍流所产生的声音,经过肺组织和胸壁,在体表用听诊器可听到。可分正常呼吸音和异常呼吸音两种。正常呼吸音包括三种:即*支气管呼吸音;*肺泡呼吸音;*支气管肺泡呼吸音(又称混合呼吸音)。在病理情况下呼吸音发生改变或在不应该听到某种正常呼吸音的部位而听到的,为异常呼吸音。包括三种:即*异常肺泡呼吸音,*异常支气管呼吸音,*异常支气管肺泡呼吸音。
