属半合成雌激素制剂,活性为己烯雌酚的20倍,是强效的口服雌激素。片剂有10、35、50μg/片,每日剂量10~15μg。多数与孕激素配伍,作为短效避孕药使用。口服避孕片1号(复方炔诺酮片)、口服避孕片2号(复方甲地孕酮片)分别是炔雌醇35μg/d与炔诺酮0.625mg/d、甲地孕酮1mg/d配伍而成,复方甲基炔诺酮为炔雌醇30μg/d与18甲基炔诺酮0.3mg/d配伍而成,三相片第1相、2相、3相分别含炔雌醇30、40、50μg/d,左旋18甲基炔诺酮0.05、0.075、0.125mg/d。炔雌醇30μg/d与150μg/d地索高诺酮配伍组成“妈富隆”口服避孕药;35μg/d与20mg/d醋酸环丙孕酮配伍组成“达英-35”,用于治疗妇女雌激素依赖性疾病,如痤疮、脂溢性皮炎、雄激素性脱发和轻型多毛症,同时有避孕作用。
