柔肝 柔肝 治疗学术语。亦称养肝。是肝阴虚、肝血不足的治疗方法。证见视力减退，两眼干涩，夜盲，头晕耳鸣，或睡眠不熟，多梦，口干津少，肢体麻木，脉弦细等。常用药物有当归、白芍、地黄、首乌、枸杞子、女贞子、旱莲草、桑椹子等。《类证治裁》：“肝为刚脏，职司疏泄，用药不宜刚而宜柔，不宜伐而宜和。”故肝脏以柔为补。
