发生在桡骨头的骨折，由间接暴力所致。伤后桡骨头压痛、肿胀、前臂旋前受限，肘屈伸活动障碍。X线摄片可明确诊断。手法复位外固定，手术适用于骨折移位明显、影响前臂旋转功能的患者。
