Objective:To investigate Achilles tendon defects repairing method and its effect.
方法:本文利用肌腱转位联合髂胫束加强的方法对11例较大跟腱缺损的病例进行修复,术后采用循序渐进的康复锻炼,观察患者跟腱修复及踝关节功能恢复情况。

分开放伤和闭合伤。表现为跟部疼痛，不能站立和行走或行走困难，可触及跟腱部位凹陷，跖屈力弱，不能提踵。依据病史、症状和体征可作出诊断。对新鲜损伤者应手术直接缝合，术后给予踝跖屈和膝屈位石膏固定。陈旧损伤者可采用各种手术方式予以修复。
