颅内压
intracranial pressure
即颅腔内压力,又称“脑压”、“脑脊液压”。侧卧位时测得的脑室内的压力。在椎管、蛛网膜下腔畅通的情况下,颅内压通常与侧卧位时腰椎穿刺所得脑脊液压力读数大体相等。因此,通常就以这一压力作为代表。正常值为0.69~1.76kPa(7~18cmH2O),新生儿0.29~0.78kPa(3~8cmH2O)。
