Methods:Twenty one patients with nasal polyposis were treated with modified medial maxillectomy(MMM)through upper gingivolabial sulci incision and reserving the subturbnate in one side(experience group)and with nasal polypectomy and transnasal ethmoidectomy in another side(control group).
方法:21例鼻息肉病患者一侧行唇龈沟径路,保留下鼻甲的改良内侧上颌骨切除术(modifiedmedialmaxillectomy,MMM);另侧行单纯鼻息肉摘除和鼻内筛窦切除术,并作为对照组。

经腹子宫全切除术
经腹子宫全切术是经腹将子宫包括宫颈全部切除的手术。主要用于子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌瘤、功能性子宫出血经药物治疗无效者、子宫损伤性疾病、盆腔炎或炎性包块久经治疗无效者，特别是有以上疾病同时有慢性宫颈炎的病人。术时多选用全麻或硬膜外麻醉。根据术中对切除子宫颈筋膜方式的不同，可分为经腹简膜外子宫全切术，筋膜内子宫全切术及子宫体切除加宫颈管套筒式切除等不同术式。筋膜外子宫全切除术，适用于宫颈原位癌及某些宫颈早期浸润癌。子宫体切除加宫颈管套筒式切除术，适用于宫颈周围严重粘连、完整切除宫颈极困难者。术中应注意止血，仔细分离膀胱，避免损伤输尿管、膀胱及直肠，术后应注意感染及切口愈合情况。
