性质:又称脱分化。这是生物学中细胞特征或功能转化过程的一个概念。简单地说,细胞因退行发育(anaplasia)等原因而失去分化的功能。换言之,就是细胞改变了原来的分化程序,失去了原来应有的结构和功能,成为一个具有未分化细胞特征的普通细胞,这个变化过程称为细胞去分化。去分化的细胞有时可以再分化。例如蝾螈肢体再生芽基中的去分化细胞可以再分化出完事的肢体。
