| 肺气虚证 常见于咳嗽、哮喘、自汗、虚劳等疾病中。临床表现为咳喘无力，少气不足以息，动则益甚，痰液清稀；声音低怯，语言断续无力，面色白，神疲体倦，或有自汗，畏风，易于感冒；舌淡苔白，脉虚。肺气虚证，一般以咳喘无力，少气不足以息与气虚证共见为辨证要点。肺主气，司呼吸，肺气虚故咳喘无力，气短懒言声低，动则尤甚。肺合皮毛，主宣发卫气，肺气虚则卫外不固，故自汗，易感冒。气虚血不上荣，故面色白。神疲体倦、舌淡、脉虚弱，均属气虚之征象。治宜补肺益气，方用补肺汤、保元汤等。 |
