急性泌尿道感染迁延不愈,病程在6个月以上,或多次再发,肾实质损害显著,肾功能(尿浓缩功能)持久不恢复。反复急性发作或精神萎靡、乏力、消瘦、发育迟缓、进行性贫血等。随着病情继续发展,肾损害愈益加重,最后可出现高血压,并逐渐发展为慢性肾功能不全。
