织出花纹的商代绮类丝织物。目前所知的商代纹绮均为粘附在青铜器和玉器等器物上的残痕。如北京故宫博物院所藏商代青玉曲内戈正面的雷纹条花绮残痕，戈长22.2厘米，宽 4.7厘米，正反两面均留有纺织品痕迹。柄部正面的雷纹条花绮痕迹非常清晰，肉眼就可看出雷纹条花纹样是用平纹织地，四枚斜纹显花，显花的丝未加捻，松散处的丝宽直径约 0.7毫米，经纬密度每平方厘米约20×16根。图案用90°角的曲线作反向对称排成雷纹单位，连成横条，每一条雷纹横条之间各用三条平行的横线，作间隔连续，形成一幅以线构成的富有节律感的几何图案。
瑞典远东博物馆所藏商代铜钺上残留的回纹绮印痕是以四杖对称的斜纹起花,平纹织地。它的经纬配置,有一组是两股合并的弱捻丝，每股直径 0.2毫米；另一组是无捻单股丝，直径在织平纹处为0.55～0.65毫米，在织斜纹显花时因组织较松，故松散加宽至0.75～ 0.8毫米。
上述玉戈和铜钺上残留的商绮的图案清晰对称，工艺精巧，反映出商代丝织物所达到的高度水平。
