采用SCL— 90身心症状自评量表对我国 35岁以下船员的心理健康状况进行调查 ,结果表明 :我国 35岁以下船员的心理健康水平明显低于正常人群 ,性心理问题较为严重 ,经常参加体育锻炼的船员心理健康水平高于不经常参加体育锻炼的船员。

生物反馈治疗心身疾病(biof。edba。ktheraPy for Psyehosomatie disease)心身疾病是在易感素质基础上由不良情绪因素引起，生物反馈技术的训练能使病人学会放松躯体肌肉，认识不良心理社会刺激与反馈信息(心理、生理变化)之间的关系，从而达到对情绪的自我控制，并纠正体内不良的心理生理反应。用肌电反馈术治疗某种心身疾病时，电极安放于前额或咀嚼肌部位。与自生训练相结合，疗效更好。用皮温反馈仪作手指升温训练，对于某些心身疾病也有较好疗效。训练期间都应配合家庭练习，以巩固训练成绩。 (杨立能撰梁宝勇审)
