segmentectomy of lung
切除有病变的某些肺段，保留该肺叶其余的正常肺组织的手术。如病变在上叶尖段或尖后段，可作尖段或尖后段切除，保留前后段或前段。肺段之间缺少明显的解剖学间隙，分界不清，剥离肺段时操作难度较大，且易损伤邻近肺组织。操作难度较大。目前肺段切除术的适应证比较慎重，较常施行的有肺上叶尖后段，上叶前段、后叶和下叶背段或基底段切除术。
