性质:别名八氟丙烷,氧碳218。无色、不可燃气体,化学性质不活泼,热稳定性好,但与可燃气体一起燃烧时分解产生有毒的氟化物。沸点-36.7℃。熔点-183.0℃。其制法是采用活性炭直接氟化工艺,反应产物经除尘、碱洗、脱水后再进行间歇精馏,抽出全氟丙烷,经低温吸附提纯,可得到高纯全氟丙烷。在微电子工业中用作等离子刻蚀剂,器件表面清洗,碳同位素分离工质,低温制冷剂,绝缘气体等。
