材料：生大黄1钱，山楂6钱，车前子3钱，黄芪3钱，绿豆150克，红糖适量，水6碗。
作法：1、山楂、车前子、生大黄、黄芪加水煮开，慢火熬20分钟，去渣备用。
2、药汁加绿豆放入电锅煮烂，加适量红糖即可。
本药膳有助于消脂及排除体内过多的水分作用，适用于实热便秘者。
