In this research, five Chinese yellow cattle breeds, which were En-shi cattle, Qin-chuan cattle, Wan-nan cattle, Wenling-Gaofeng cattle and Yan-bian cattle were studied for the molecular genetic diversity in MHC-DQB*exon2, DRB3*exon2 and their upstream regulatory region by DNA sequencing.
本研究采用测序法,分别对恩施黄牛、秦川牛、皖南牛、温岭高峰牛、延边牛的MHC-Ⅱ类基因DQB和DRB_3及其上游调控区序列进行分析,以揭示中国黄牛MHC基因的分子遗传多样性,得到以下结果: (1) 本研究在中国黄牛中共发现127种DQB~*exon2等位基因,恩施黄牛中36个,秦川牛中42个,皖南牛中35个,温岭高峰牛中40个,延边牛中42个。
