In this research, five Chinese yellow cattle breeds, which were En-shi cattle, Qin-chuan cattle, Wan-nan cattle, Wenling-Gaofeng cattle and Yan-bian cattle were studied for the molecular genetic diversity in MHC-DQB*exon2, DRB3*exon2 and their upstream regulatory region by DNA sequencing.
本研究采用测序法，分别对恩施黄牛、秦川牛、皖南牛、温岭高峰牛、延边牛的MHC-Ⅱ类基因DQB和DRB_3及其上游调控区序列进行分析，以揭示中国黄牛MHC基因的分子遗传多样性，得到以下结果： (1) 本研究在中国黄牛中共发现127种DQB~*exon2等位基因，恩施黄牛中36个，秦川牛中42个，皖南牛中35个，温岭高峰牛中40个，延边牛中42个。
