为探讨小柴胡汤加减可治疗不同病机的众多疾病的起效机理,本论文在研究古今文献的基础上,从中医传统理论出发,在合乎辨证论治思想的基础上,提出了小柴胡汤“导引法”的中医学说,即小柴胡汤作用于少阳胆腑、三焦,通过调节其功能,使枢机运转,气机升降出入有序,让机体恢复内外调和之“阴平阳秘”状态,从而达到治病的目的。
