The problem of water resources optimal dispatching in Yeerqiang River basin is studied deeply in this paper by using the theory and method of system science, and the optimal dispatching schemes are introduced, and the optimal parameter of Xiabandi reservoir is proposed, which could provide important evidence for actual water resources operation and project device.
