臂丛神经炎
臂丛神经的非特异性炎症，病因不明，病前可能有免疫接种史，臂部肌肉注射史或感染等，多见于成年人，呈急性和亚急性起病。病初疼痛位于一侧的颈根部、锁骨上窝或肩部，如烧灼样、针刺样，疼痛为间歇性，不久转为持续性并阵发性加剧。疼痛范围可扩展至同侧上臂、前臂及手部，遍及整个上肢，而以尺侧较甚。在臂丛神经干上(锁骨上、下窝或腋窝处）有明显压痛，患肢可有感觉减退和过敏，部分病人可伴有植物性神经功能障碍，出现肌萎缩或瘫痪等。治疗可采用镇痛、封闭、针灸等治疗方法。
