Objective To investigate the results of prescribing a prism for paralytic strabismus caused by diplopia in patients, to discuss the effectiveness of prism therapy and the prism adaptation phenomenon.
结果24例患者中21例能接受棱镜矫正,在配戴棱镜后恢复稳定双眼视觉功能,消除复视的症状;17例患者配戴棱镜一年后出现“棱镜适应”反应。
