介入放射学器材。一般用聚四氟乙烯制成，其作用在于扩张导管进入血管的通路，减轻血管损伤，减少导管头端的磨损，利于薄壁导管或细导管进入血管。扩张器前端呈光滑锥形，长15～20cm，血管造影使用2.97mm(9F)以下扩张器，大直径(如3.96～5.28mm)用于特殊目的，如放置静脉滤器或行动脉粥样斑块切除等。
