一种慢性间质增生性炎症。多见于早产儿、弱小或有腭裂的婴儿。由于脂肪或油类吸入肺内而引起。常见原因：使用油质药物滴鼻剂；由于腭裂、衰弱无力或平卧喂奶咽部吞咽反射不健全而吸入肺内；当小儿哭叫时强行喂奶或服油剂药物。本病无特异症状及体征，故临床诊断常根据发病年龄和病史。表现有咳嗽、轻度呼吸困难，多不发热。体检肺部可有实音及湿■音。X线检查：轻者仅有肺门阴影增深增宽，严重时可见肺门周围也出现阴影，条索状间质性浸润，肺野内可见大块云絮状密度增高阴影，以肺底及右侧较多。无特异治疗，如能早期发现，可行体位引流，避免继发感染。发生感染时即给予抗生素治疗。
