OBJECTIVE To find a scatheless method of early detection and routine screening of bladder cancer, by detection of Survivin, an inhibitor of apoptosis, in urine specimens and tumor tissues of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.
目的 通过对膀胱移行上皮癌患者尿脱落细胞及癌组织中抑制凋亡相关基因Survivin的检测，探讨可早期发现、常规筛选膀胱癌且无损伤的方法；并对尿脱落细胞及癌组织中Survivin的表达进行定量，探讨其与肿瘤病理分级、分期及预后的相关性。
