Objective To observe the characteristics of the patients with Marfan’s syndrome and luxation of lens before operation , intraoperation and after operation.

Methods Dislocated lens of 29 cases (33 eyes) were performed different combined surgery,including vitrectomy-lensectomy and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation or stitches fixation.

Methods To observe clinical data of 32 eyes of 16 cases suffered from Marfan syndrome with significant lens subluxation.

Methods Four different methods of surgery were used, according to the degree of the subluxation, in 18 cases of traumatic cataract complicated with lens subluxation due to ocular contusion: When the subluxation is ≤1/3 quadrant, an incision is made on the opposite side of the subluxation,and the nucleus of the lens is extracted with phacoemulsification.
