②锅内加水适量,放入柿叶袋、大米煮粥,熟后拣出柿叶袋,调入白糖即成。‘
每日2次,连服5-7天。
功效:柿叶味苦,性寒,入肺经,含黄酮甙、还原糖、多糖、挥发油、有机酸、叶绿素及丰富的维生素c、胡萝卜素等成分...有杭菌消炎、止血降压、清心安神、利尿消肿、止咳定喘、软化血管等功效。
适应症:小便短少。
