骶髂关节
骶髂关节是滑膜性微动关节，由骶骨耳状关节面和髂骨耳状关节面构成，由于两个关节面均有凹面和凸面，一骨的凸面与另一骨的凹面互相嵌合，使关节面锁紧以加强其稳固性。另外，骶髂关节面周缘的关节囊较为薄弱，但周围的韧带却很坚韧粗大，包括骶髂间韧带，骶髂后韧带和骶髂前韧带。详见附图。此外，骶结节韧带，骶棘韧带和骶腰韧带，对于维持该关节的稳定性也起到一定作用。妊娠后期和分娩期受内分泌影响，韧带变松，关节活动幅度变大，使盆腔容积稍有增加。
