药理作用： 本品为离子型双聚体碘造影剂。其作用与用途同胆影葡胺，但其显影效果较优，且细小的胆管也能显影。
适应症： 主要用于胆管、胆囊造影。静脉缓慢推注，30ml （38％）；或者静脉滴注， 100ml（10．5％），缓慢滴注15min以上。
用法用量： 静注,一般为20ml,注射速度不宜超过6ml/min.
不良反应： 味觉异常,恶心,呕吐,发热,有时有皮疹,瘙痒,咳嗽,喉嘶哑,极少见低血压,肺水肿,心梗,过敏性休克等.
注意事项： 严重心脏病,甲亢,肝肾功能损害及对碘过敏患者禁用.
规格： 注射剂：30ml（38％）；100ml（10.5％）。
