Methods 576 cases with frequent expulsion required to fix Gyne IUD were divided into experiment group and control group, the women in experiment group were fixed with Gyne IUD, and the controls were setted Yuangong IUD.
[方法]选择有多次脱落并要求放置宫内节育器的育龄妇女576例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组放置吉妮宫内节育器,对照组放元宫型宫内节育器,并于放置后6个月、18个月进行随访。
