Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma free carnitine (FC) level in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension and the influence of L-carnitine(L-CN) on plasma FC,blood glucose and blood viscosity.

【毒芹碱】(coniine)学名“(s)-2-丙基哌啶”。分子式`C_8H_17N`,分子量127.23。以盐形式存在于毒芹等植物中。无色呈碱性液体,有鼠臭气味,剧毒!误食可引起乏力、头晕、呕吐、昏睡、麻痹、窒息,严重时导致死亡。暴露于光和空气中变黑和聚合。比重0.844-0.848。-2℃固化,沸点166℃。折光率1.4505(23℃)。比旋光度`[\alpha]_D^19 16`℃。略溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮、戊醇,微溶于氯仿。其盐酸盐
