是指一种降低精索静脉压力和潴留而设计的显微外科引流手术。主要是治疗精索静脉曲张时，采取结扎精索静脉后，有时不能减轻精索静脉曲张，故设计将精索静脉与腹壁浅静脉吻合，引流精索静脉血液后，减轻其静脉压，从而使精索静脉曲张减轻。疗效比较好，临床应用比较多。
