Objective: To investigate the feasibility of primary debridement and suturing to the wounds of dog bite injuries in the facial region.

Methods: Totally 200 patients wounded by dog, 192 residents, 186 medical staff and 153 nursing students were investigated about the following aspects: knowledge about the dog injury, ② health information needs,③ the access to information, ④ satisfaction degree at present.
