肾血管内支架置入术
介入放射学技术。肾血管狭窄的治疗技术,经皮经股动脉沿导丝-导管系统将支架送入狭窄的肾动脉段,令支架长度超越狭窄段,然后用充胀的球囊使支架成形,将狭窄段扩张。常用wallstent和palmaz stent。尤其适用于肾动脉狭窄球囊成形术失败的病人。另外对病变较长、不规则、有溃疡形成或钙化与长段闭塞者,可在PTA后或其它血管成形术后放置内支架。
