应用中药方剂柴苓汤对糖尿病黄斑水肿９例１２眼进行治疗，３个月后的疗效观察提示，其视力障碍、视物变形自觉症状及眼底黄斑水肿、视网膜出血均有改善趋势，其中黄斑水肿改善率达５８％。

In this review,it has been discussed the beneficial effects of Japanese herbal medicine,including Sairei-to and Onpi-to on multifarious renal damage in progression of CKD,such as mesangial lesion,inflammatory cell infiltration,cytokine expression,reactive oxygen species release,and aldosterone disorder,and then to clarify the mechanism of these herb.

补充资料：百合苓藕汤
材料：百合、红枣茯苓、干山药各4两，莲藕片100克，冰糖2大匙。
作法：用1500ml的水，连同所有的材料，放入锅中以中火煮30分钟。
2、待所有食材煮饮后，加入冰糖调匀即可。
百合滋补退热，具有清热咳的功能。
