Objectives: To establish a feasible method which separate and purify bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), and explore how hepatocyte growth factor (HGF),Acid fibroblast growth factor(aFGF)and oncostatin M (OSM) induce MSCs to be hepatocyte-like cells that have the hepatocellular features of phenotype and function and their effects in differentiation under certain circumstance.
目的:建立骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs)体外分离纯化的方法,探讨在一定微环境下,肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor, HGF)、酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(acid fibroblast growth factor, aFGF)及制瘤素M (oncostatin M, OSM)诱导MSCs成为具有肝细胞表型、功能特征的肝样细胞的能力及其在分化中的作用,探索MSCs体外诱导分化的最佳条件,为细胞工程学提供细胞来源。

Objective: To construct human embryo fibroblasts cell strain stably expressing human leukemia inhibitory factor(hLIF) or human oncostatin M(hOSM) gene which are supposed to be used as feeder layer cells for the proliferation of umbilical cord blood CD34~+ HSPC in vitro.
目的: 构建稳定表达人白血病抑制因子(leukemia inhibitory factor,LIF)及人抑瘤素M(oncostatin M,OSM)基因的人胚胎成纤维细胞,将其作为饲养层细胞,研究其对脐带血CD34~+造血干/祖细胞(hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells,HSPC)体外扩增的支持作用。

Objective To explore the expression of oncostatin M(OSM) and its receptor(OSMR) at the clinical stages of hepatoma tissues and possible mechanisms by which they affect hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
目的探讨原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)临床各期中肿瘤抑制素(OSM)、肿瘤抑制素受体(OSMR)表达及其在HCC的发生发展中的作用机制。
