Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor with plasmakinetic (PKRBt).
结果经尿道膀胱肿瘤等离子体双极电切术手术时间5~48min,平均(16±14)min,无经尿道电切综合征;53例侧壁肿瘤切除时,28例发生闭孔神经反射,2例导致各1处膀胱穿孔。

尿道阙如及先天性尿道闭锁
absence of urethra and congenital atresia of urethra
先天性畸形之一。尿道阙如常并发其他严重畸形,尿道阙如或闭锁时,胎儿在宫内排出的尿液使膀胱膨胀,压迫脐动脉,引起胎儿循环障碍,故多为死产。尿道闭锁的预后决定于闭锁部位。如系后尿道闭锁,与尿道阙如相同,多为死产或生后不久死亡。前尿道闭锁尤以靠近尿道外口者,尿路压力较轻,可行尿道造瘘术,日后再行尿道成形术。
