为了探讨星形胶质细胞条件培养液(ACM)对缺氧损伤神经元的保护作用,本实验将新生的KM小鼠的皮层星形胶质细胞分离、纯化并传代培养第三代第5d后,将星形胶质细胞(Ast)条件培养液,加入到缺氧损伤的神经元细胞培养液中,观测其对缺氧神经元的存活及其合成和释放一氧化氮(NO)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和胞膜ATP酶(ATPase)的影响。
