用胰岛素治疗儿童糖尿病中常见的并发症,常由于胰岛素慢性过量,出现不明显的低血糖之后又发生高血糖,低血糖多在睡眠中清晨之前发生,低血糖引起肾上腺素、肾上腺皮质激素的分泌增加,由于拮抗胰岛素作用而产生高血糖。
