眼睑缺损
blepharocoloboma
眼睑的全层缺失，称为眼睑缺损。缺损小如切迹状，大则包括全部眼睑。可分先天性和后天性两类。先天性缺损多发生在上睑，两侧多见，常伴有眦角其他眼部先天畸形。后天性缺损，常由外伤或眼睑肿瘤切除后所致。上睑缺损较严重者，可因角膜失去眼睑的保护易发生角膜炎或溃疡，甚至穿孔，视力降低以至失明。下睑缺损主要症状为泪溢，结膜呈慢性炎症变化。治疗原则为整复再造。
