Objective:To discribe the anatomy of posterior column of ilium(PCI) and probe into the feasibility of lumboiliac fixation through the related measurement of ilium in the preserved adult human cadaver and biomechanics test of intensity of iliac rod fixation with Galveston technique, providing the viable method and theories support for clinical application.
目的: 通过对成人尸体髂骨固定的相关数据进行测量,并对Galveston髂骨棒固定强度给于生物力学测试,描述髂骨后柱的解剖,探讨腰椎弓根髂骨固定的可行性,为临床应用提供确实可行的方法和理论依据。
