Development of web.based management system for precious implements in the universities of medical sciences;

Through analyzing the status quo of the management and usage of the precise instrument in university,the paper has put forward that only when establishing the logical management system and the open service platform,we can promote the potential usage of the precise instrument to service for the teaching and scientific research furthest.

By analyzing the present status of sharing valuable equipments in UESTC, this paper discusses the method of sharing the valuable equipments in colleges and universities from many aspects.

According to the present usage management condition and existing problems of valuable equipment in college,this article put forward a series of reform ideas,including management system reform,circulate mechanism innovation,big platform construction,resources sharing,valuation of supervision and control,enhance ment of proof before buying,technical teams construction and so on.

The importance and feasibility of the management of precious apparatus were analyzed,the condition of construction of platform of management of precious apparatus was clarified,the problem which attention shoubd bepaid to of the platform implementation was presented.

Through the exploration for maintaining a sustained, rapid and sound development about establishing the opening up fund of precious apparatus, the precious apparatus should be widely used for the services in teaching and research.

This article descibed that, under the condition of socialist market economy, how to avoid the repeat purchasing and low usage factor of the precious apparatus of universities, which wasted the educational resources; and presented some active measures to implement optimal resource allocation and to enhance the investment benefit.

Setting up a public service system of valuable instrument and equipment is an important component,this paper analysed the causes of its low service rating,and concluded that the effective way is to set up a public service system of valuable instrument and equipment in universities and colleges.

Combining the working practice,this article analyzed the reason why the utilization benefit of valuable instrument and equipment is low under the new situation.
