【制法】
取断血流 4500g，切段，加水煎煮二次，每次 1.5小时，合并煎液，滤 过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15（80℃），加1.7倍量的乙醇，充分搅拌，静置24小时， 取上清液，减压浓缩成稠膏状，干燥成干浸膏，加辅料适量，制成颗粒，压制成1000片， 包糖衣，即得。
【性状】
本品为糖衣片，除去糖衣后显棕褐色；味苦、微涩。
【鉴别】
取本品2 片，研细，照断血流的[鉴别](2) 项试验，显相同的结果。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ D）。
【功能与主治】
凉血止血。用于功能性子宫出血，月经过多，产后出血，子宫肌 瘤出血，尿血，便血，吐血，咯血，鼻衄，单纯性紫癜，原发性血小板减少性紫癜等。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次3～6片，一日3 次。
【贮藏】
密封。
