腹部切口疝修补术
repair of abdominal incisional hernia
一般用硬外麻。在原切口边缘的正常腹壁处作梭形切口，避免误伤粘连于切口下的脏器。分离粘连，回纳疝内容物，切除疝环及其周围的瘢痕组织，分层缝合腹壁，不应有张力，有时也可将筋膜重叠缝合加固腹壁。如巨大切口疝，可行疝成形术。术中要求腹壁完全松弛；术后防止腹压增高，酌情卧床1～2周。
