方法:将46例HBV感染孕妇按HBeAg(+)和HBeAg(-)进行分组,以PCR法对46例HBV感染孕妇产前血清及外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中HBV-DNA进行检测,并对新生儿脐血血清及脐血单个核细胞(CBMC)中HBV-DNA进行检测,同时选取10例健康孕妇为正常对照。

常规无菌采集新鲜脐带血，密度梯度离心法分离出脐血单个核细胞(cord blood mononuclear cells，CBMCs)，加入rhIFN-γ、rhIL-1、rhIL-2、CD_3单克隆抗体及IL-4、GM-CSF、TNF-α等细胞因子分别定向诱导培养成DC、CIK细胞，并从形态学、分子免疫学上鉴定这两种细胞。

| 传染性单核细胞增多症 infectious mononucleosis 由爱泼斯坦-巴尔病毒（EBV)引起的传染病。又称腺热。EBV为DNA病毒，属疱疹病毒科。本病以易感的年长儿童和成人较多。表现畏寒、发热、咽痛、咽充血及扁桃体肿大，有白色或灰白色渗出物；全身淋巴结肿大，以颈淋巴结肿大较常见；肝、脾肿大；少数病人出现麻疹样或荨麻疹样皮疹；末梢血象白细胞达10×109～20×109／升，淋巴及单核细胞在50％以上，异常淋巴细胞＞10％；血清嗜异性凝集反应阳性。并发症有肝炎、心肌炎、脑膜炎、脑炎、吉兰-巴雷氏综合征、肺炎、肾炎、溶血性贫血及脾破裂等。诊断根据典型临床表现 、血象及血清嗜异性凝集反应阳性 ；亦可检测抗-EBVIgM抗体 。以支持和对症治疗为主，重症病人可用肾上腺皮质激素治疗，脾破裂应手术治疗。此病尚无有效的预防方法。 |
