疱疹性肛周直肠炎
病名。为生殖器疱疹类型之一。为单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-2)侵犯肛门周围组织及直肠部位引发。多为同性恋者，因异常性行为方式如背交、肛交感染。表现为肛周水疱、糜烂、溃疡等。肛门疼痛，便秘，肛门有分泌物，里急后重。直肠镜检可见直肠下段黏膜充血、小溃疡及出血。治疗可参生殖器疱疹。
