肝气逆证
肝气逆证 证名。因肝气上逆或横逆所出现的证候。《圣济总录》卷四十一：“肝气逆则面青多怒。”《类证治裁》卷二：“胁痛吐血者，肝气逆也，化肝煎。”卷二：“怒郁伤肝气逆，解肝煎。”《西溪书屋夜话录》谓肝气逆上冲心，热厥心痛者，宜泄肝，药用金铃子、延胡、吴萸、川连。兼寒去川连，加椒、桂；寒热俱有者，仍入川连，或再加白芍。肝气上逆冲肺，猝得胁痛，暴上气而喘者，宜抑肝，药用吴萸汁炒桑皮、苏梗、杏仁、橘红。肝气横逆乘脾，脘腹胀痛者，治宜培土泄木，用六君子汤加吴萸、白芍、木香。肝气乘胃，脘痛呕酸者，二陈加左金丸，或白蔻、金铃子等。
