After three month observation,the model was successful if not autotherapy,then make an operation of ventrofixation of fascia of rectus abdominis muscle and part of cervix was made and observed for four months again.
方法选择成年雌性家兔,制作阴道壁膨出模型,术后观察3个月,阴道壁膨出不自愈为模型制作成功,然后行腹直肌筋膜部分宫颈悬吊术,观察疗效4个月。

经腹骶韧带悬吊术是矫治后位子宫的术式之一，指缩短子宫骶韧带将子宫颈上部向后牵拉使子宫呈前屈位。它常与圆韧带悬吊术同时使用。术中可将两侧骶韧带在子宫颈后上方靠拢缝合，加强子宫的前倾。术中应注意在缝合骶韧带时，应避开输尿管，以防损伤或扭曲输尿管。
