Objective The purpose of this investigation was to detect the expression of peroxynitrite anion(ONOO-) in trabecular meshwork of normal human,primary acute angle closure glaucoma(PAACG) and primary chronic angle closure glaucoma(PCACG),in an attempt to learn about its role in the damage of trabecular meshwork and the relationship with glaucoma.
